TriLipo® technology uses a combination of focused TriLipo® RF energy, and TriLipo® Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA) energy which are delivered simultaneously using a single applicator.  The RF energy generates heat through tissue resistance in both the dermal and subcutaneous (fat) layers.  The heating of the skin stimulates and increases fat metabolism in the subcutaneous fat layer, along with collagen re-modelling in the dermal layer. The thermal effect accelerates the release of liquid fat from inside the fat cells. 

The removal of fat is accelerated by simultaneously applying pressure on the fat layer.  Internally the DMA causes the muscle to contract, elevating the muscle and pushing the fat layer up towards the surface, externally fat cells are pushed down by the pressure applied by using the applicator.  This effectively squeezes the fat from the cells, resulting in the fat draining via the DMA lymphatic drainage mechanism.  The combined TriLipo® and DMA procedures together accelerate blood and lymph circulation, which in turn optimises tissue oxygenation and detoxification.

In the dermal layer, the focused RF energy heats up the collagen fibres causing them to contract, this results in immediate skin tightening and smoothing, this also accelerates the fibroblasts’ metabolism which leads to collagen regeneration and long-term skin tightening and firming which is visible from the very first treatment.

TriLipo® Radio-Frequency energy heats the skin and causes collagen fibres to contract. This contraction results in immediate skin tightening and improved skin texture. In parallel, the heating triggers fibroblast cells to produce new collagen. This collagen provides the skin with renewed firmness and flexibility.

In addition, but only in selected facial areas such as the cheeks and jaw line, TriLipo® Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA) technology stimulates and tones the muscles beneath the skin delivering a non-invasive face lifting effect. The penetration depth of the DMA, is sufficient to affect the Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System (SMAS) layer, this layer is considered to be a key element during invasive facelift techniques, by using TriLipo® technology, NON-INVASIVE toning of the SMAS can be achieved

LipoFirm Pro treatment can show visible results after the first treatment depending on the area treated. The number of times a specific area needs treatment is usually dependent on the part of your face or body being treated. Usually, a minimum of 8 treatments are required to achieve the best, long-lasting results. However, this can vary dependent on the size of the treatment area.
